Phase One of the “Article 3” Women’s Leadership Academy Comes to a Close

The first phase of the “Article 3: Women’s Leadership Academy” educational program has come to an end. The “Article 3: Women’s Leadership Academy” is implemented by “For Equal Rights” educational center NGO with the support of the Embassy of the Netherlands in Armenia.

Through group work, participants learned the intricacies of community communication, network-building, and strengthening connections with the guidance of civil society capacity development consultant Hayk Abrahamyan.

The program’s closing session was held with Khanum Gevorgyan, Program Manager at “For Equal Rights.” Participants explored the implementation and evaluation of programs and had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the community project application process. The next phase of the program will start soon, during which participants will develop and implement community development projects.
