“My Family is in My Suitcase” solo performance in Gavar and Goris

On April 5, in the Gavar State Drama Theater after Leon Kalantar and on April 7, in the Goris State Drama Theater after V. Vagharshyan, took place RA Honored Artist Narine Grigoryan’s “My family is in my suitcase” solo performance organized on the initiative of the “For Equal Rights” Educational Center NGO and “Article 3” Club. People from Artsakh residing in the Gegharkunik and Syunik regions and citizens of the cities were invited to the performance.

The documentary monologue is the story of Narine’s childhood, which was combined with memories and thoughts of the war. Her grandpa tries to get him out of Artsakh, hoping that he will save at least one member of his family.

From the very first day of the war, “For Equal Rights” Educational Center NGO and “Article 3” Club, in cooperation with partners and supporters, launched a large-scale humanitarian aid project. As part of the program, about 11,000 people from Artsakh were provided with rapid response packages containing clothing and hygiene items.

The project also includes a pottery course for children from Artsakh and Armenia, storytelling courses, a series of interactive three-day courses for high school children from Artsakh and Armenia. The project is completed with theatrical performances in Gavar and Goris cities.
