“Article 3” Club and “For Equal Rights” Educational Center NGO are announcing the launch of the “Article 3 Journalists For Rights” competition.

The award ceremony will include 3 main categories:

Best audiovisual material/video

Radio broadcasting/ podcast

Printed or online article

Winners of each category will receive monetary prizes accordingly:

I place – 430,000 AMD (including taxes)

II place – 300,000 AMD (including taxes)

III place – 170,000 AMD (taxes included)

There will be special awards as well.

Submitted works must be published between December 1, 2023 and November 10, 2024.

The works should address one of the following issues:

✅️ The issues, rights, and protection mechanisms for forcibly displaced population from Artsakh

✅️ The rights of persons with disabilities

✅️Women rights, domestic violence, legal regulations

✅️Children rights

✅️Provision of inclusive education

✅️Rights of people with HIV, issues of discrimination and intolerance

✅️The rights of persons living in closed and semi-closed institutions

✅️ The rights of persons with mental health conditions

The rights of national minorities

Rights and violations of fair trial

The works should be submitted no later than NOVEMBER 10. One author can submit a maximum of 2 works.

The award ceremony will be held on December 10th, 2024, International Human Rights Day.
